Taught by a dad, for dads, this class will teach you skills, answer your questions, and help you start building community. Who doesn’t want to level up their support?! Examples of topics include:

• communicating labor progress with your care team

• techniques for advocacy and mastering the birth plan

• how to be the best support person during labor and early postpartum

• communicating and meeting expectations

• relationship changes during pregnancy and postpartum

The fee for this class is $100 and includes admission for you and your drink of choice at Thirsty Pups Brewery.

Snacks will be provided.
