“Rooting for You” Support Group is a supportive and inclusive space for women + birthing people within their perinatal journeys (pregnant + postpartum). Our mission is to foster a sense of community, offer meaningful support, and create opportunities for lasting friendships. Each gathering includes relevant discussions tailored to your current season of life, along with valuable connections to trusted providers throughout the San Antonio area.

Everyone is welcome! You don’t need to be a Rooted Birth client to join us—we're here for you, just as you are. There is no cost to attend.

June Meeting: Babywearing Circle
This month, we’re hosting a special babywearing-themed gathering! Bring any baby carriers you have at home to share with the group, and enjoy the opportunity to try out different styles brought by other attendees.

Our doulas will be on hand to offer guidance on proper fit, safe positioning, and functional tips to help you feel confident and comfortable while wearing your baby.
