I recently gave birth to my second baby girl, and I made the best decision for myself and my new daughter by choosing Taryn Cardiff as my birth doula! From the beginning, she taught my husband and I so much more than we had previously known about the birthing process and what happens to a woman's body during labor and delivery. This time around, I was a more confident woman and mother because of Taryn's teachings, support, and encouragement throughout the entire process. If I hadn't had Taryn with me at the hospital during labor, I don't believe I would have had the same delivery experience- this time I gave birth without an epidural, had freedom of movement, and delivered my healthy baby girl on all fours (an experience I dreamt of and prayed for). She took excellent care of me, was my rock and advocate, took photos toward the end of delivery, and also helped teach and model for my husband how to best support me as well- absolutely priceless gifts! Huge thank you to Taryn and the Rooted Birth Collective!! I highly recommend her services to any pregnant woman looking for the best birthing experience.
