For the birth of my first son, I really wanted a guide to help me through it all. I reached out to Rooted Birth, interviewed a few doulas and really connected with Taryn Cardiff. She emphasized her goal is to ensure moms love their birth experience. I had a very long and painful labor, and she stayed with me the whole time. She did an incredible job coaching me through the hard times, keeping my goals fresh in my mind, coordinating with my mom and husband throughout the whole process, and overall helping me through it. I cannot recommend Taryn and Rooted Birth enough. I can't imagine having gone through it without her!
